Custom software development — wherever you are

The tool
you're missing

Business software, ERP, mobile app, data flow management, a connector between two programs: we have been building and running our own products for years. The same foundations will power yours.

Describe your needs,
we take care of the scoping

Three minutes, no jargon. You don't need to know what has to be done technically: tell us what wastes your time, translating it is our job.

  • Instant private spacethe link arrives by e-mail as soon as you submit — we call you back within 24 business hours
  • No commitmentscoping and the quote are free, and nothing starts without your written agreement
  • Single point of contactdirectly reachable, from scoping to maintenance, wherever you are

It's the only question that really matters. Don't try to be technical: just tell us about the problem.

Add more details (optional — how you do it today, your software, documents)

Knowing what you are replacing stops us from proposing something more complicated than what you already have.

What will it need to connect to? (several choices possible)

Specifications, a screenshot of a screen you use, a sample spreadsheet. Images or PDF, 12 files maximum, 8 MB each. You can also add them from your private space.

Free and with no commitment. Your details are only used to handle your request — privacy policy.

How it works

Four steps, no black box

1

You describe what you need

The form above takes five minutes: what you want the tool to do, how you do it today, and what it will need to connect to. Nothing technical.

2

We scope, then we quote

We get back to you within 24 business hours to ask the right questions. Then you receive, in your private space, a written proposal in plain English: what the tool will do, what it won't do, and the price.

3

We deliver in useful stages

Never a six-month black box. We first deliver what saves you time right away, you use it, and we carry on. You follow progress from your private space.

4

You remain the owner

The tool is yours, hosted by us or by you. Monitoring, backups and support carry on after go-live.

What we develop

Eight families of tools,
one starting point: your business

We never start from our catalogue but from what wastes your time. Here are the forms the answer most often takes — the details of each are one click away.

Business software & ERP

Software that follows the way you work, instead of the other way round.

Examples and what we've built in-house

When the spreadsheet has reached its limits and nothing on the market really fits: we build the tool around your actual process.

  • Stock, purchasing and replenishment
  • Orders, quotes, invoices and reminders
  • Tracking of production, worksites or field jobs
  • Dashboards and accounting exports

In-house: MiamDrive, our platform for restaurants, handles orders, floor plans, ticket printing and a regulation-compliant till every single day.

Mobile app

iOS and Android, published on the stores, updated remotely.

Examples and what we've built in-house

An app for your customers or for your field teams, with fixes pushed out without waiting for store approval.

  • Customer app: ordering, loyalty, notifications
  • Field app: rounds, photos, signatures, offline mode
  • Payments and ticket printing
  • Geolocation and real-time tracking

In-house: Our DingTruck app is live on the App Store and Google Play; the MiamDrive app is used in dining rooms and for deliveries every day.

Data flow management

Data that moves on its own, in both directions.

Examples and what we've built in-house

Fetch a supplier catalogue, clean it, enrich it, publish it, then keep prices and stock up to date everywhere — with no re-keying.

  • Supplier catalogue imports (files, APIs, web pages)
  • Price and stock sync across several online shops
  • Publishing and monitoring on marketplaces
  • Matching two catalogues that look nothing alike

In-house: Trouve ta Marque cross-checks the official trademark, company and domain name registers live; MiamDrive moves every order between the storefront, the kitchen, the delivery rider and the till, in real time.

Connectors & integrations

Getting two pieces of software that don't talk to each other to talk.

Examples and what we've built in-house

A module in your online shop, a bridge between your tools, a connection to an API: that's our everyday work.

  • PrestaShop, WooCommerce and WordPress modules
  • Payment, carriers, accounting software
  • Till, ERP or existing business software
  • Public APIs and automated file exchanges

In-house: Our modules are sold and installed on live online shops — payment, trade pricing, subscriptions, menus, age verification.

Automation & artificial intelligence

Hand over to the machine what takes you hours.

Examples and what we've built in-house

Useful, measured and controlled AI: we cap its cost, you stay in control, and we show you what it produced before anything is published.

  • Product descriptions and content written in bulk
  • Transcription and summaries of meetings or calls
  • Sorting, filing and assisted replies for incoming mail
  • Videos and visuals generated at scale

In-house: Klikage estimates a visitor's age with artificial intelligence, right in their browser; Trouve ta Marque suggests brand names that are genuinely available.

Customer portal & extranet

A private space for your customers, your resellers or your teams.

Examples and what we've built in-house

Everyone sees what concerns them, logs in easily, and you stop sending attachments back and forth by e-mail.

  • Case tracking, documents, online approvals
  • Electronically signed quotes and invoices
  • Online payment and direct debit
  • Several recipients per account, decision audit trail

In-house: This website's customer area is one: quotes signed online, payment schedule, direct debit, decisions to make — it's all there, and we wrote it ourselves.

Platform to sell

Your online service idea, all the way to your first subscribers.

Examples and what we've built in-house

Multi-tenant, white label, subscriptions, automatic billing: the foundations of a product that sells, not of a mock-up.

  • One account per customer, strictly separated data
  • Subscriptions, credits, automatic billing and reminders
  • White label and a domain name per customer
  • Publisher back office to run the whole thing

In-house: We run our own subscription platforms, with their customers, their invoices and their publisher back office.

Hosting, monitoring & backups

What runs must stay up, and be restorable.

Examples and what we've built in-house

Custom software without monitoring or verified backups is a false economy. It's built into the way we work.

  • Round-the-clock monitoring and outage alerts
  • Automatic backups, tested by real restores
  • Certificates, security updates, logs
  • Support and fixes after go-live

In-house: Our servers and websites are monitored continuously and backed up every night; we check the archives by actually restoring a website.

Proof, not promises

What we have
built and put into service

Platforms, apps and modules of our own, live and used every day by their customers. This is exactly the expertise you are buying.

Frequently asked questions

You may be wondering…

How much does custom software cost?

There is no published price, because no two needs are the same. What is certain: the quote is free, itemised line by line, and we start nothing before your written agreement. Many projects start small, with the part that saves time straight away.

How do you manage to move fast?

Because we don't start from scratch. Payment, billing, user accounts, SMS and e-mail sending, catalogue imports, marketplace connections, AI: these building blocks already exist in-house and run in production. We assemble them for your needs, and we only custom-build what is specific to you.

Can I pay in instalments?

No: interest-free payment in 6 or 12 instalments is reserved for websites hosted and maintained by us. Custom software is paid with a deposit on signature and the balance on delivery, as set out in the quote.

Do I own my software?

Yes. The code written for you belongs to you, and your data remains yours. We can host and maintain it, or hand it over to you so that you can host it elsewhere.

What if I don't know exactly what I want yet?

That's the most common case, and it isn't a problem. Describe how you do things today and what wastes your time: scoping is our job, not yours.

Do you work with software I already have?

Yes, that's often the whole point. Online shop, till software, accounting, ERP, carriers, marketplaces: if your tool offers a connection or files, we plug into it. And if it doesn't, we'll tell you before quoting anything at all.

What happens after delivery?

The tool is monitored continuously and backed up automatically, and you have a single point of contact for fixes and improvements. The terms of this support are written into the quote, never left to chance.
