Quotes and prices
How do I get a free quote?
Describe your project on the website creation, redesign or custom software page: it takes a few minutes. You receive by email the link to a private area, and we get back to you within one business day. Proposal, quote and, for a website, mock-ups are free and come with no commitment.
How much does a showcase website or an online shop cost?
A showcase website starts at €890 excl. VAT and an online shop at €2,900 excl. VAT. A redesign costs 25% less: from €665 excl. VAT for a showcase website and €2,175 excl. VAT for a shop. Hosting and maintenance start at €60 excl. VAT per month, with no minimum term. Custom software is quoted on request.
Can I pay for my website in instalments?
Yes, interest-free, if we host and maintain your website: in 6 instalments for projects from €900 incl. VAT, or in 12 from €1,800 incl. VAT. Custom software is paid with a deposit on signature and the balance on delivery.
How long does it take to build a website?
It depends on the plan and on your content. The precise schedule comes with the quote, and you follow progress live from your private area.
Ordering and payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
For a website or custom software: a deposit on signature and the balance at launch, by bank card through SumUp or by bank transfer. Payment in instalments is collected by SEPA direct debit or from a saved card. For modules: bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through SumUp. Subscriptions: saved card with SumUp or SEPA direct debit with GoCardless. Bank details never pass through Pikali.
How do I order a PrestaShop or WooCommerce module?
Try the module on its demo shop, create a business account, pay once by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, then download it straight away from your customer area, with your invoice. Details and installation.
Are module updates included?
Yes, for 12 months from purchase, with support. After that, an optional Maintenance plan at 20% of the licence price per year extends them; without it, the module keeps working.
Do I need a subscription to use a module?
No. A licence covers one shop on one platform, paid once. The module keeps working even without the optional Maintenance plan.

Who is Pikali?
Pikali builds and redesigns websites and online shops, develops custom software and publishes modules for PrestaShop and WooCommerce. Pikali is a French limited company (SARL) founded on April 9, 2026, SIREN 104 038 211, run by its founder Baptiste Herrmann. About us.
Where are websites hosted?
In the European Union. Daily backup, eleven copies kept and replicated every night to another region; back online within 24 hours in the event of a disaster.
Do my website and my domain name belong to me?
Your content and your domain name remain yours, and we hand you a full backup of your website on request. For custom software, the code written for you belongs to you.
Do you work with clients wherever they are?
Yes. Everything happens online: questionnaire, private area, mock-ups, quote signed online and project tracking. We work with businesses in France and abroad.
What do you do with my data?
No tracker before your consent: audience measurement (Google Analytics) only starts if you accept it. When we host your website, a GDPR data processing agreement is signed online from your customer area. Privacy policy.
