The controller of the data collected on pikali.fr is PIKALI, SARL, 37 Rue Principale, 67310 Dahlenheim, reachable at contact@pikali.fr.

2. Data collected

We collect only the data that is necessary:

  • Contact form: name, email address, message.
  • Customer account: company name, contact, address, email and, where applicable, SIRET and VAT number for invoicing.
  • Orders: products purchased, amounts, invoices.

3. Purposes

The data is used to respond to contact requests, manage accounts and orders, issue invoices, provide support, and comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

4. Legal basis

The processing relies on the performance of the contract (orders, account), consent (contact form) and compliance with legal obligations (invoicing, accounting).

5. Retention period

Account data is retained for the duration of the business relationship; accounting documents (invoices) are retained for 10 years in accordance with the law. Contact messages are retained for the time necessary to process them.

6. Recipients

Data is never sold. It may be passed on to our strictly necessary technical subcontractors (hosting within the EU, payment provider SumUp for transactions), within the scope of their assignments.

7. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection regarding your data. To exercise these rights: contact@pikali.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).

8. Cookies

The pikali.fr website uses only cookies strictly necessary for its operation (in particular the login session for the customer area). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are placed.
