A website is a living thing: it needs hosting, backups, security patches and ongoing improvements. That is a subscription, announced here so you know what you are committing to before you receive your quote. It starts when your site goes live, never before.

What is not included

Not included, and quoted separately: new features, a graphic redesign, content writing, marketing campaigns and the purchase of the domain name.

No minimum term. You can cancel whenever you like with a simple email, effective at the end of the current month. Your domain name and your content remain your property, and we hand you a full backup of your website on request. Our recurring prices may be reviewed once a year, with two months' notice — and you remain free to leave before then. Full details are in articles 11 and 15 of our terms and conditions.

Is the diagnosis of my website really free?

Yes. We analyse your current website (speed, mobile, SEO, compliance of the legal notice / terms of sale / GDPR) and show you the result online, in a private area, with what is wrong and what we propose. You then decide, with no commitment.

Can I pay for my website in instalments?

Yes, at no extra cost, if we host and maintain your website (from €60 excl. VAT per month): in 6 instalments for projects from €900 incl. VAT, in 12 instalments from €1,800 incl. VAT. You choose this option when signing your quote: the first instalment is paid on signature, the following ones are collected automatically on the 10th of each month (SEPA direct debit or card), with an invoice each time. Rights to the website pass to you upon payment of the final instalment; your content and your domain name remain yours in all circumstances. This option applies to websites: custom software is paid by deposit and balance.

How much does a website redesign cost?

A redesign costs 25% less than a new website, because your content already exists: showcase website from €665 excl. VAT, online store from €2,175 excl. VAT. Taking over your content and the migration are priced in the quote, and the free diagnosis is precisely what lets us assess what needs to be reworked.

Will I lose my Google ranking by redesigning my website?

No, that is precisely what a redesign must protect: we keep your page addresses or set up the necessary redirects, and the new website is designed to rank better than the old one.

Do I need to give you access to my website for the diagnosis?

No. The free diagnosis is carried out entirely from the outside, on the public pages of your website — no password or admin access is needed.

Will my website stay online during the redesign?

Yes. Your current website keeps working normally: the new one is built alongside it, you approve it in your private area, then we switch over when everything is ready.

What exactly does the diagnosis include?

A factual diagnosis of your website: loading speed, mobile readability, SEO, security and compliance (legal notice, terms of sale, cookies/GDPR) — with, for each point, what the rule says and what we propose to fix it.
