A website is a living thing: it needs hosting, backups, security patches and ongoing improvements. That is a subscription, announced here so you know what you are committing to before you receive your quote. It starts when your site goes live, never before.

What is not included

Not included, and quoted separately: new features, a graphic redesign, content writing, marketing campaigns and the purchase of the domain name.

No minimum term. You can cancel whenever you like with a simple email, effective at the end of the current month. Your domain name and your content remain your property, and we hand you a full backup of your website on request. Our recurring prices may be reviewed once a year, with two months' notice — and you remain free to leave before then. Full details are in articles 11 and 15 of our terms and conditions.

How much does it cost to create a website?

A showcase website starts at €890 excl. VAT and an online store at €2,900 excl. VAT. The exact price depends on your project (number of pages, content, options): that is what the tailored quote we prepare free of charge from your questionnaire is for.

Can I pay for my website in instalments?

Yes, at no extra cost, if we host and maintain your website (from €60 excl. VAT per month): in 6 instalments for projects from €900 incl. VAT, in 12 instalments from €1,800 incl. VAT. You choose this option when signing your quote: the first instalment is paid on signature, the following ones are collected automatically on the 10th of each month (SEPA direct debit or card), with an invoice each time. Rights to the website pass to you upon payment of the final instalment; your content and your domain name remain yours in all circumstances. This option applies to websites: custom software is paid by deposit and balance.

I have no logo, no text and no photos — is that a problem?

No. Just say so in the questionnaire: we can create the logo, write the text and select professional visuals. These services are priced in the quote, so you know exactly what is included.

Will I see the website before I pay?

Yes. After your request, we open a private area for you on pikali.fr with our proposal, mock-ups of your future website and a detailed quote. You decide after seeing it — with no commitment.

Will my website be compliant (GDPR, legal notice, terms of sale)?

Yes, all our plans include technical compliance: a complete legal notice, a cookie banner compliant with the CNIL (the French data protection authority), a privacy policy and a terms-of-sale structure for e-commerce. In-depth legal drafting of your terms of sale can be added as an option.

How long does it take to create my website?

It depends on the plan and on your content: we give you a precise schedule with the quote, and you follow progress in real time from your private area.
