Once the check succeeds, it is recorded on the customer account: the visitor never faces the camera again, even from another device. They see their status in the "Age verification" tab of My Account and can delete that data themselves.
Facial estimation is approximate, roughly 4 to 5 years either way. For a sale forbidden under 18, a threshold of 23 keeps a comfortable margin; visitors below it are not rejected, they are offered the phone or a manual review.

Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the ZIP file and click Install Now.
Click Activate. Age estimation works as soon as the module is active. For ID document verification, paste the Klikage API key provided in your Pikali client area (“My modules”) into the “ID document verification” tab of the Klikage settings.
