Every module is designed, documented and followed by our team in France. A question: one email, a real answer.
No mandatory subscription: you pay once by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through SumUp, and download at once from your client area. Updates and support included for 12 months, then an optional care plan; the module keeps working in any case.
A new version installs over the previous one without losing anything, and stays downloadable from your client area.
Each plugin page lists the minimum WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP versions, and the latest WooCommerce version it has been tested on.
Yes. Every plugin has its own live demo shop, with the plugin installed and configured: the "Try the live demo" link is on its page.
You create a business account, pay once by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through SumUp, and download the plugin at once from your client area, together with your invoice. No mandatory subscription; a free plugin is downloaded the same way, without payment.

Yes, for 12 months from the purchase, together with support. Then an optional “Entretien” (care plan) at 20% of the licence price per year extends them, with no catch-up; without it, the module keeps working. The current version stays downloadable from your client area, and a new version installs over the previous one without losing anything.
One licence covers one shop (1 licence = 1 shop) on one platform; a shop on WooCommerce and one on PrestaShop need two licences (article 23 of our terms of sale). When a plugin's code is released under a free licence (GPL, AFL…, stated on its page), the rights that licence grants on the code remain whole: the Pikali licence covers the use in your shop, the updates and the support.
