Your shop already sells to consumers. Tarifs Pro gives it, in ten minutes, everything it needs to sell to businesses too: customer groups, tax-excluded prices already discounted, quantity and case-pack discounts, company verification, deferred payment with credit limits.
As soon as a trade customer is logged in, every amount shows tax-excluded and already discounted: catalogue, product page, search, cart, checkout, emails. The price shown is the price invoiced, never a crossed-out price followed by a surprise in the cart.
As many tiers as you want, on the whole catalogue, a category, a tag or specific products: percentage, amount or fixed unit price. A tier applies to the whole line, the grid is visible before purchase, and the cart says what is missing to reach the next one.
Each group carries its tax display, permanent discount, minimum order, free-shipping threshold, payment methods, credit limit and payment terms. Everything can be overridden per customer, down to a negotiated price per product.
A form to place on the page of your choice, protected from robots. The SIRET is checked against the public company register, the VAT number against VIES, and the result is kept with its date. One click, “Accept into this group”, does the rest.
An “on account” payment method, invisible to anyone not entitled to it and re-checked server-side. Beyond the credit limit the option disappears, but the sale stays possible with immediate payment. Terms beyond the French legal cap are refused; late penalties and the €40 fixed fee are computed.
A reminder before the due date, on the day, then when overdue, with your wording and the legal mentions included. One email per step, never a burst, and an alert for you when a customer exceeds the limit.
One customer, one product, one quantity: the exact price and the rule that produced it, with the decision trail. Plus a Diagnostics screen listing the other plugins that touch prices and the order everything applies in.
Tarifs Pro depends on no other plugin and always starts from your catalogue price: a discount can never be doubled. It never writes into your product prices: deactivate it and the shop returns immediately to public prices, losing nothing.
Tarifs Pro generates no invoice, no accounting document, and sends nothing to any platform. Your invoices keep coming from your usual tool. Everything an invoice needs is, however, recorded on each order (company identity, dated verification, group, retained price, applied rule, net amount, VAT and its reason, due date, penalties) and readable by an invoicing tool.
The current version does not offer: online quotes and negotiation, private catalogue per customer, order by file import, several users per company, accounting connector. WordPress multisite has not been tested.
Designed for shops established in France: SIRET verification, French legal cap on payment terms, fixed recovery fee. Foreign customers of a French shop are handled (EU VAT number checked against VIES, reverse charge when the delivery leaves France). An international version is planned.
